Sale Or Return Agreement for
Baby Loss Awareness Week 2023

Please complete the form below if you would like to order a quantity of Baby Loss Awareness Week pins to sell in aid of Baby Loss Awareness Week on a Sale or Return basis.

These items are supplied in multiples of 10, up to a maximum of 50, on a sale-or-return basis.

These pins and all money raised will be your responsibility.

All monies and any remaining unsold items are to be returned NO LATER than 25 October 2024.

Please call Marion on 0203 897 3422 or email babyloss@sands.org.uk to make payment via credit/debit card and to finalise arrangements to return any unsold pins.

If we do not receive payment and/or unsold items by 25 October 2024 we will invoice you for the FULL COST of the items dispatched.
